These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile app, products, and meal delivery services. By registering, ordering, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fuel By Bambu is a Bali-based meal preparation and delivery service focused on providing fresh, balanced meals that support your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
By completing registration or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms listed below.
These Terms apply for the entire duration of your plan, including renewals.
Fuel By Bambu does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not responsible for adverse reactions related to pre-existing health issues. Participation is at your own risk and should be guided by medical advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. Fuel By Bambu is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Unless unsubscribed, you may receive email/SMS notifications regarding orders, updates, or promotions. You may opt out at any time.
Fuel By Bambu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified.
Prices are listed in IDR and may include applicable taxes.
Payment must be received no later than 72 hours prior to your desired start date (applies to new orders and renewals). Orders not paid on time will be delayed or cancelled.
If you upgrade or change your plan, any outstanding balance must be paid within 72 hours. Failure to settle outstanding payments will result in automatic adjustment or shortening of your plan.
All payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Complimentary days or weeks are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Orders must be placed a minimum 4 days prior to your start date. Last-minute orders may be denied or deferred to the next available cycle.
All content — including menus, meal plans, frameworks, systems, images, branding, digital assets, and website design — is the property of Fuel By Bambu and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Any changes to your order — including meal selections, dislikes/exclusions, delivery location, plan type, or start date — must be submitted a minimum 4 days in advance.
Requests submitted after this period may be refused.
Fuel By Bambu is not obligated to accommodate last-minute changes or special requests.
Deliveries currently operate within a 10 km radius of Bambu Fitness, Bingin, Uluwatu.
Deliveries occur between 6:30am – 9:30am, subject to external conditions (weather, road closures, operational delays).
Changes to delivery address or timing must be requested a minimum 4 days in advance.
Once meals are delivered to the location specified in your delivery notes, liability is transferred to the client.
Meals are delivered in cooler bags.
Clients must leave their cooler bag outside each morning for exchange. Failure to return the cooler bag may result in additional fees.
Meals must be stored at 1°C – 4°C immediately upon delivery.
Follow reheating instructions on the label.
Fuel By Bambu is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage, handling, or reheating after delivery.
While we aim for accuracy, nutritional information, weights, and ingredients may vary slightly and are subject to change without notice.
Meals are designed as general balanced options and are not customised unless part of a structured plan.
Fuel By Bambu does not cater for severe or life-threatening allergies.
Meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, eggs, soy, dairy, seafood, and other allergens.
Clients with severe gluten allergies or celiac disease must exercise caution. While we minimise cross-contamination, our kitchen is not gluten-free, and we cannot guarantee zero gluten presence.
Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies before ordering and reviewing ingredient lists before consuming meals.
We accommodate dislikes and exclusions only if they are submitted during order placement.
We cannot guarantee accommodation of changes or newly added exclusions after your plan has begun.
Clients with medical conditions (pregnancy, diabetes, heart disease, IBD/IBS, Crohn’s, colitis, etc.) must consult their physician before beginning any meal plan.
Fuel By Bambu is not liable for allergic reactions or health complications arising from undisclosed conditions or allergens.
All purchases are non-refundable.
Plans may not be paused, transferred, extended, or credited unless approved by management in writing.
Days missed due to personal travel, scheduling issues, or failure to collect meals are considered forfeited.
If Fuel By Bambu must cancel a delivery due to extreme circumstances, a replacement day may be provided at our discretion.
Fuel By Bambu is not liable for:
Illness, injury, allergic reactions, or adverse health outcomes.
Issues caused by improper storage or reheating of meals.
Theft, spoilage, or damage after meals have been delivered.
Digital issues, platform errors, or website downtime.
Delays outside our control (weather, traffic, accidents, operational delays).
Your use of our service is voluntary and at your own risk.
Fuel By Bambu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
